With 20 years of experience as a former Microsoft employee, Bill brings a deep foundational understanding of those tools. Furthermore, his adeptness in cloud computing technologies, including infrastructure management, virtualization, and containerization, empowers organizations to achieve greater scalability and operational efficiency.

With excellent communication and problem-solving skills, Bill effectively conveys complex technical concepts and collaborates with stakeholders. Bill has worked in the computer industry for 36 years with experiences in mainframe software support & development, network architecture and administration, client server application development, project management, consulting, IT management, database administration, development and architecture.

He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Adelphi University (NY) and a Master’s of Science in Information Systems from Penn State University (PA).
